Deposit will be taken from the credit card details supplied with your online booking within 12hrs of the booking being made. 

 

If credit card details are supplied, the deposit will be taken within 12 hrs of the booking being made unless other arrangements have been made.

50% Deposit is required within 7 days to secure reservation if paying deposit by internet banking or sending a cheque/money order.

 

If the credit card details supplied are for a 3rd party, we will need to speak to that party prior to processing the deposit to confirm their acceptance of the charge.  This may delay confirmation of your reservation.

 

Cancellation or Rescheduling
Deposits, less a $90 booking fee, are refundable if notification of cancellation or rescheduling of booking is received in writing 21 days prior to arrival date.
There is no refund if notification is received after this period.
There is no refund on unused portions of packages.
Full tariff charged for cancellations within 24 hours of arrival date.

All rates include GST.
Visa & Mastercard accepted.

We do not accept Diners or Amex.
Prices may change without notice.

 

Minimum length of stay may apply for Public Holidays & at other times at owners discretion.

Minimum 2 night stay for period December 23, 2007 to January 12, 2008 inclusive.

 

Please note that your accommodation is self catering and this is reflected in your tariff.    It is expected that your accommodation will be left in a neat and tidy condition.  Should you choose not to, an extra cleaning charge of $50.00 may apply.
